  • Chemistry Teacher Network Group

  • Colleges-University of Leicester NetworK (CULN)

    Comprising 19 Further Education Colleges and 3 Higher Education Institutions across the East and West Midlands, the Colleges - University of Leicester Network (CULN) exists to optimise collaboration between Further and Higher Education Institutions for the benefit of staff and learners.

  • Education Business Partnerships (EBP)

    Provide professional development placements for teachers, plus other activities linking education and businesses.

  • Physics Teacher Network

    The two IoP Teacher Network coordinators in the East Midlands organise and coordinate local group activities and INSET, and help to forge better links between school sectors, and between schools and HE. They also act as a source of information about local initiatives and activities, and generally provide help and advice in response to requests.

  • Specialist Schools and Academies Trust

    The trust provides a CPD network, offering teachers essential professional development training focusing on basic and innovative uses of new technologies for learning and teaching.

    Features thousands of education programmes online and on TV: Sky channel 880, Virgin TV 240, Tiscali TV 845 and Freeview 88 (4-5pm).
